Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. Who we are
Print Studio 3D is operated from Luxembourg and provides a custom 3D printing service ("the Service"). By uploading a model, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Intellectual property & prohibited content
You warrant that any 3D model you upload is either your original work, is licensed to you for reproduction, or is in the public domain. You must not upload:
- Firearm components, ammunition, or parts of restricted weapons;
- Trademarked, copyrighted, or patented designs without permission;
- Currency, official documents, medical devices, or safety-critical parts;
- Anything unlawful in Luxembourg, the EU, or the destination country.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Manifestly unlawful uploads may be reported to competent authorities.
4. Quotes, pricing & payment
Quotes are indicative until an order is placed and payment is received. Prices are shown in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, exclude any applicable VAT and shipping. We reserve the right to re-quote or refuse an order if a model turns out to be technically unmanufacturable or materially different from what was previewed.
5. Manufacturing tolerances
3D printing is a manual craft process. Cosmetic imperfections, minor dimensional variance within the published material tolerance, and support- contact marks are expected and not grounds for rejection or refund.
6. Delivery & risk
We ship using carriers appropriate to the destination. Risk transfers to you on hand-over to the carrier. Delivery timelines are indicative.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal
Because printed parts are made to your specification, EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) excludes the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once production has started.
8. Warranty & liability
We warrant that parts are produced to the specification you approved. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for the suitability of a part for any particular purpose you choose it for.
9. File retention
Your uploaded files are stored privately and used only to produce your order. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods and your rights under the GDPR.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Courts of Luxembourg City have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
