Common questions.
What files do you accept?+
STL, OBJ, 3MF, and 3DM. Meshes should be watertight and use millimetres. The configurator flags common issues before checkout.
How accurate are the parts?+
Typical FDM tolerance is ±0.2 mm or ±0.2 % of the nominal dimension — whichever is greater — for parts under 100 mm.
How is price calculated?+
Deposited material volume × material rate + a fixed setup fee. Infill, layer height, and quantity are factored in live as you configure.
