Overview
TPU is an elastomer: parts bend, compress and spring back instead of breaking. It is excellent in fatigue and abrasion and prints at PLA-like temperatures without an enclosure, but it must run slowly and cannot bridge or overhang like a rigid filament. Wall thickness and infill change how a TPU part feels more than the grade of filament does.
