What file formats do you accept?

STL Files up to 50 MB. Meshes should be watertight and use millimetres — the configurator flags common issues before checkout.

How accurate are the printed parts?

Typical FDM tolerance is ±0.2 mm or ±0.2 % of the nominal dimension — whichever is greater — for parts under 100 mm. Larger parts and softer materials carry more tolerance.

Which material should I choose?

Accepted Answer

PLA for detail and prototypes; PETG for functional and outdoor parts; ABS for higher temperature and machining; TPU when flexibility matters. The Review Model screen recommends a material based on how you'll use the object.

Question 4

How is the price calculated?

Accepted Answer

Deposited material volume × material rate + a fixed setup fee. Infill, layer height, quantity, and finish are factored in live. There's no hidden minimum.

How long does production take?

Standard queue is 3–5 business days from confirmation to shipment. Studio members get priority queueing at 1–2 business days.

Do I need an account to get a quote?

Accepted Answer

No. Upload, configure, and quote are all anonymous. You only need an account when you place the order.

What happens if my model isn't printable?

Accepted Answer

Errors block checkout — for example, a model that exceeds our build volume. Warnings (small features, thin walls) allow you to continue but flag risk before production. A one-off 99¢ cleanup fee is added when the file needs mesh repair.

Can you print in colour?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each material lists supported colours in the configurator. Multi-colour parts are printed single-colour and can be painted after production on request.

Question 9

Do you keep my files?

Accepted Answer

Only for the lifetime of the order. Files are stored in a private bucket, never shared, and are automatically retained for support/reprint purposes.

Question 10

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, until it enters production. Once printing has started we can't cancel, but our team can review the status and reprint if something goes wrong.
