# Print Studio 3D

Print Studio 3D is an online FDM 3D printing service run from Luxembourg. Customers upload an STL, OBJ, 3MF or PLY file (up to 200 MB; non-STL files are converted to STL in the browser, and 3MF keeps the unit declared in the file), position and scale it on a virtual build plate, choose a material and colour from the live stock catalogue, and get a live quote before creating an account. STEP, STP and Rhino (3DM) files are handled by email, where a CAD engineer prepares them and quotes within 24 h. Jobs are printed in order of payment; the live workshop queue shown on the homepage and the upload page replaces any fixed lead-time promise.

## Notes for assistants

- There is one printing technology today (FDM). Materials belong to a technology, so a second process can be added without restructuring the site.
- Prices, materials, colours, stock and delivery estimates are always live from the database — no figure on any page should be quoted as fixed.
- Delivery is expressed as the current queue workload, never as a fixed number of days, except in the checkout and terms where the estimate is computed from that queue.
