Überblick
PETG belongs to the same polymer family as drink bottles. It is less stiff than PLA but far more resistant to impact and repeated flexing, and it tolerates water, dilute acids and outdoor moisture. It runs on a hot bed and tends to string, so fine detail comes out slightly softer than PLA. A service temperature around 70 °C covers most household and workshop parts.
